Steven Breukelman
Steven Breukelman currently serves as Communications Chair, and is responsible for Delaware Audubon's newsletter and web site. He created Delaware Audubon's first web site in 1996, and became editor of the organization's printed newsletter in early 2008.
Steven is a 2005 graduate of the University of Delaware. His experiences include a trip to Costa Rica to study environmental ethics and sustainable development. He loves to travel, especially by train, and has traveled coast to coast aboard Amtrak. In his spare time, he enjoys hiking, photography, and reading mystery novels.
In May of 1998, the Delaware Audubon Board of Directors honored Steven with an "Audubon Hero" award for his volunteer work. Steve has also created web sites for other area nonprofits, including the Kent County Conservancy, the Health Education Network of Delaware, and the League of Women Voters of Kent County.
